ZC help needed

Hey guys, I got my zc today. My tps is smashed but other then that the engine looks really clean. Where can I get a new TPS. I heard ya gotta buy a whole new tb.

Ok. I am replacing my timing belt and water pump, but I cant get the lower camshaft pulley off to get to the timing belt cover (lower). How do i get it off. It just spins.

if u still have the tranny connected remove the starter (only 2 14mm bolts) and have someone hold a crowbar or sumthin flat headed in the flywheel teeth to prevent it from turning....and then push like hell to get that crank pulley off

IMPACT WRENCH IS THE SAFEST WAY TO GO. The previous idea should also work but might also crack or warp the tranny case if the pulley bolt is on really tight. I am assuming that u might be using a cheater bar of cours.

you might also want to replace the timing belt tensioner. They do often go bad. I have seen them go bad before and its not a pretty sight. I have ordered 4 zc motors and two of them cam with bad tensioners.
